“The process from start to finish has been flawless. The ring sizer was very true to size. The packaging for the ashes were very secure. I received an email 15th Nov to say it was being dispatched on 17th Nov, expected delivery date 15th December but it arrived today! (17th November) it's perfect and I couldn't be happier with my new ring. Thank you for a perfect service + the beautiful packaging.”

“From start to finish Hand on Heart was fantastic, lots of updates with time frames on when I would receive my initial container to when my ring would come. The presentation of my ring when I received it was truly beautiful, the outter box, the ring box, everything was laid out wonderfully.
