“This is a HD yoga mat and it is much heavier than others I've had. Although it is thin, the natural rubber composition makes it stable on hard flooring and the microfiber top provides excellent grip for standing poses plus being absorbent. This is a very large mat at 5'6" x 2'. IMO , the color/design selections are more attractive than the standard solid colors. The description states its machine washable but have not washed this yet so can't attest to the results.
