“Sent a cake to my dear friend. Unfortunately it seems the couriers had been playing soccer with it. It was basically mush, photos were provided. I complained the same day and was assured it would be replaced (as they said I couldn’t get a refund which in itself is not right). So currently my best case scenario is getting a late not smashed cake to my friend. This has still not transpired. So I am feeling I have wasted my money.”
