“Idk what thickness I expected from this oil, but it’s thick. Flavor of the natural is kind of nutty but nothing overwhelming. If you don’t like it by itself, it’s easy to “dribble” on a spoon with some yogurt, PB or anything really……. We’ll see how the effects of it are. So far I’m good with it.”
