“I found Zatural when searching for products that could help an elderly friend of mine with an OA flare up. I was searching on CBD oils generally because my friend wanted to try CBD and I thought I'd scope it out. Zatrual broad spectrum--no THC--was the first product I purchased. Though I researched CBD for my friend, I thought I might try it for my anxiety and poor sleep. So I ordered a bottle of Zatural CBD oil for myself. My friend used the same product to varying degrees of success until the flare up subsided and now plans to take it as needed. However, I experienced immediate relief from sleeplessness and both daytime and nighttime anxiety. I realized that anxiety has been a great problem for which I simply went my whole life "taking it like a man." I feel much better. I started by taking two doses a day 12 hours apart. At one point I decided to try taking one dose at night because I sometimes felt sleepy in the afternoons. However, after awhile I found that when anxiety-provoking situations came up during the day, I would return to feeling anxious (and that spilled over into the night as well), though not as bad as before I tried taking CBD. So, I adjusted my dosage to taking a little more at night, and resumed taking a daytime dose in the mid to late morning, but a dose less than the before-bed dose, and again12 hours apart. This seems to be working well at this time; I sleep well enough and don't get as sleepy late in the afternoon, if at all. Before the Zatural arrived, I would wake up in the wee hours and couldn't get back to sleep unless I got up and did stretches and exercises for 15 to 30 minutes. Sometimes that did not work. My sleep is much more predictable now with the bigger dose at night and the smaller dose during the day. I need to add that I've had little to no side effects other than that sleepiness late in the afternoon, which I have addressed by changing how I dose myself. With the sleeping pills I got from my primary care doctor I always felt like I didn't really sleep at night. I would wake up cranky and tired. I always quit them after about a week. With Zatural I wake up after 7.0 to 8.5 hours (including getting up to use the bathroom during the night, but going back to sleep pretty easily). Then I have a cup of tea to situate myself and go about my day just fine. I tried one other brand, but did not get the same effect. Basically, the story there was paying more money for less CBD and getting less of a positive effect. So, I have been sticking with Zatural: better price and excellent results. I will say that getting the dosage right for your personal needs is something you have to work out on an individual basis. I am grateful that this product is available. It is making a positive difference in my life. I don't usually write reviews, but feel I wanted to write this one because I feel so relieved. I hope this helps someone. I feel grateful to my friend for having the sense to try CBD and to Zatural for their CBD formula (CBD with hemp oil as the carrier oil) and their fair pricing. I believe that part of Zatural's business plan is to keep its overhead low and pass some of the savings on to its customers. That's just my guess, however. Much appreciated, however they do it!”

“I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis back in 2014 so for the past seven years I have been researching in trying several and that's saying it mildly several different DVDs through different companies even the dispensary, spend hundreds of dollars on products that do not work anywhere nearly as well as a c b d oil that I have purchased here from Zaturals. You have a lifetime customer in me.”

I buy the big bottle then pour some into a smaller bottle that's easier to carry in a pocket. Highly recommended!”

“Is sometimes helpful for sleep, but not consistently. The peppermint is overwhelming and actually significantly irritates my eyes just opening the bottle and putting the oil under my tongue.”
