“Seems like a decent company, and felt the full spectrum gummies were mildly helpful for sleep, so was excited to try the CBN, labeled specifically for sleep. Tried soft gels and tincture and tried various doses, all with same result--some initial drowsiness, followed by increased anxiety and sleepLESSness. Really disappointed, and to make matters worse, I made the mistake of buying two bottles of tincture.”

“I take two at night about 1/2 before bed. I fall asleep quickly and restlessly. I would probably sleep all night if the bathroom didn't beckon. That is probably a lot of dosage for some folks but it works well for me.”
