“The products are great but there are administrative problems at this company. I asked multiple times to have an order cancelled and then I refused shipment. I received nothing but a charge for the cancelled order. I'm continuing to pursue a credit but don't like wasting my time to simply get an order cancelled and my money back. There are plenty of efficient companies who sell these products, I'll just go elsewhere. By the way, they've fixed this review form so you can't give them a low score.”
