“i am 59 and have restless leg, and now think i have arthritis in my knees. i take medicine for the restless leg but the pain and heat in my knees would wake me up. i think the arthritis in my knees was adding to the agitation. i starting applying this to my knees when it would wake me up. now i use it before i go to bed and it really works. it is a really a thin/runny cream which surprised me. but you only need a small dip on your fingers to rub into the problem area. i thought there wasn't much there until i was washing my hands and there is very thick residue on your fingers that made me realize that that is really sticking to my skin. it really works.”
