“Zenmed offers a very impressive line of products, strong claims and a user-friendly website that is easy to navigate. Overall, so far, I'm not impressed! I place my order on June 17 for Redness Relief Kit, the Oil-Free Moisturizer with SPF 30. Because I insisted the second representative finally offered to send what you had in stock. I am still waiting for the Omegaceramide+ Recovery Moisturizer and the Nutrient Boost Spray because they are on b/o. I have never encountered a similar problem with my other Origins products. You have charged the entire amount and I'm still wondering if I will ever get the remaining of my order. I cannot rate your products unless I get everything I ordered! As I told your representative, it does not look too serious. You have to prove what you claim the products do. "We didn't receive all the ingredients they are b/o, we cannot tell when we will have them" makes you feel that maybe it's a good product, maybe it's not a company we can rely on. I'm still waiting!”

“I've been struggling with pesky facial skin problems which doctors never diagnosed properly for around 15 years. I tackled online research and found most of my symptoms were closer to rosacea than anything else. Then I looked for recommended products to help with the red blotches and itching using that as the diagnosis. I love the wash and the treatment. Haven't used the mask yet as things cleared up so quickly. I use a good quality moisturizer on top of the treatment for additional moisture, except nose area. I can't believe how amazingly well this has improved my skin - the red blotches are gone, which in itself is a miracle. The other good thing is that it didn't sting my skin to begin with, which is a problem with every other product I have tried. I am so pleased to have found something that actually works! Since trying it, I had a second flair up and with Zenmed at hand, it never had a chance to take hold! Given the reasonable price for the products, it's definitely worth trying.”
