“Gel is great, but the new pump bottle is the worst. Doesn't pump at all. I contacted Zenmed about the problem. They showed concern, asked for details, and I haven't heard a word since. No offer of refund or solution. I'm now stuck with three bottles of product that I can't get out of the bottle. Poor customer service and bad repackaging has lost my account. Save your money.”
