“I purchased this product after my doctor recommended it to me for my rosacea. Unfortunately, it caused my skin to flare and clogged my pores. After looking more closely at the ingredient list, I noticed that it contains cocoa butter which is occlusive and a known pore clogging ingredient, and does not have a place in a product marketed for rosacea sufferers. I'm not sure why this product is marketed as a serum. The consistency is more akin to a lotion than a serum and could be used alone as a moisturizer. I will be using it as an over-priced hand cream. I would not recommend this product to anyone with acne prone skin or rosacea and will not be purchasing it again.”
