“What's up with Zen Med? I complained about their old packaging of Zen Med which made it impossible to get the product out after the bottle was 3/4 empty. So now they changed the product packaging and made it worse. The pump tube is too narrow to let the product out. It is also hard to push. I have to open the bottle to get a decent amount out. What was Zen Med thinking?”

“I was forced to pay ¶œ20 in VAT and 'fees' before I was allowed to collect my Zenmed goods from the Royal Mail. This adds a lot of expense onto what is already an expensive purchase. Unless you can get a UK distributor, so that we don't have to pay these extra charges, then I will not be buying Zenmed products again”
