“I am very satisfied with the product I bought - it is like a little miracle for me! Unfortunately, there is one thing that worries me. I paid for the serum Â£23 and Â£9 for the post. And then I could not collect my item until I paid Â£14.96 customs fee. This is actually almost 50% of the item value. I would like to ask then, if I order items of Â£2000 value...would I need to pay Â£1000 customs charge? If yes, then it makes the products extremely expensive. My friend orders Forever cosmetics from USA to UK for her business, and as far as I know she does not pay so high customs fee. I would be grateful, if you could help with this matter.”
