I'm a huge fan of the support serum. It's consistently reduced redness flare-ups from my rosacea since I tried it 2 years ago. I began using it as part of the 3 step system for rosacea, but it's become my regular skincare because it keeps my skin so soft, even toned, and free of blemishes from rosacea or any other. I purchased the support serum about 3 weeks ago and it has made a world of difference to my face. My rosacea has diminished to nothing where before if I cut the lawn, ate or drank the triggers my face would turn blood red. Now I use an aveeno face scrub before bed and apply the serum and always wash my face with just cold/cool water. It's working great so far and would recommend that you give it a try.

Like the products I do use...tried to send back the moisturized, was going to cost me $37.00 to mail them back to Canada!!!!! Crazy! Then, I've tried to email to the address that is for Nancy that I get in my emails, and it doesn't work. Put it in just like it's written...nothing. Been trying to let y'all know about my frustration, didn't know how to contact you. Sent one email "somewhere", never heard back, sure I responded to an automated email. Anyway, scared to try anything new because I'd be stuck with it even if I don't like it. I think y'all need to work on a return system that would encourage your customers to try new products. Some are pretty expensive, and I have two bottles of a products I don't use?!
