“I ordered 70ml of AVT Cream - Advanced Vitamin Therapy Moisturizer (with black container and doesn’t have ingredient of Cetyl Alcohol ), but was sent this 60ml AVT Cream - Nourishing Emulsion of Hyaluronic Acid and Anti-Aging Peptide Matrixyl which has ingredient of Cetyl Alcohol. My skin is very sensitive and can be irritated by Cetyl Alcohol. They’re definitely not the same product. But nobody responded to my email I sent to the customer service 10 days ago about my order (# 283275). I called the customer service (888-749-4998), but the lady said she could do nothing about it. I’m really disappointed by the wrong product you sent and the poor customer service. I’m still waiting for your response and solution before I dispute my credit card charge.”
