“Been using Palmers cocoa butter basically all my life, as it's best recommended for those of an African decent, however due to severe acne scarring and bad skin I decided to purchase this product to aid my skins repair alongside the Zenmed skin ereaser kit. However I have seen little to no difference in my skin, have been using for almost 2 weeks now. Slightly disappointed considering the high price and low quantity of the product recieved.”

“I developed a skin rash between layers of my skin on both cheeks, on to the left of my nose, one to the right by my ear. I've been washing with gentle cleanser, which has a nice feel but is not healing. Also, I usually need to use a gentle scrub for my chin area but am afraid to do that. I use the serum under my moisturizer but that is not helping. The area is growing. My daughter also ordered and we traded - I gave her my spray booster and she gave me one to reduce redness. I have only just begun to use that. I shall continue for another two weeks, but then will have to go back to my doctor for more treatement. He doesn't know what it is but it is between skin layers. Unfortunately, to date, your product is not working. Also, with the serum, I can barely stand the scent. I find it very strong. Hope this helps in your quality assurance. For now, I'm in s slightly worse boat than I was. Jocelyn Kealey”
