“I gave this a one star for a couple of reasons. First I mistakenly bought the wrong cleansing product. I use the cleansing cream which I love but didn't realize I had purchased the gel which looks very similar to the cream. I decided to try the gel since I had bought four but it is too strong for my sensitive skin and made it dry, tight and it turned all red. So I had to return them so I could repurchase the cleansing cream for sensitive skin. Unfortunately I found that returns are not easy with Zen Med. They seem to be a little behind times with their return policy as there are no codes or labels to use and you have to pay for your returns. I had purchased the buy 3 get one free and it cost me $15 to return them to Zen Med. Crazy expensive for a 2 pound package. Plus now I have to reorder because they don't have a system that does that automatically for you. If I didn't love their products this would have been enough for me to look elsewhere. So the lesson to be had is be very careful to look over your order and make sure what you order is correct. Returns are very expensive! After this review I was contacted by customer service to apologize and they did a new correct order for me and also reimbursed me $20 for postage. Not sure why the first two calls I made couldn't have resolved this but I certainly do appreciate the fact that they did respond to this review. I went up to 4 stars because of this and the only reason I did not give 5 was because the gel cleansing cream is a little tough on my skin so it's not for sensitive skin. I'd definitely recommend the cleansing cream for anyone with sensitive skin. It is great!”

“I have used ZenMed sensitive facial cleansing gel for over 10 years! Since I have to deal with rosacea and hypersensitive skin, this product works great for me. On those days I take a "bird bath", I use it as my soap :) Love it!”
