“First of all when ordering it was not clear despite paying the delivery charge, that I would also have to pay Â£17 of import duty. It may be in your small print, but when it's obvious to you that this is an export sale, it's not clear enough to the customer. I have used the products daily, following the exact instructions, and has so far not made any difference whatsoever. Considering the high cost, I will continue until it's all used up, but if doubt if it's going to make any improvement.Therefore, I am very disappointed, but this is par for the course as far as I am concerned, as no roseacea products work as far as I am concerned”

“I had such high hopes that this would be the answer to my Rosacea! As it turns out, I can't use this product. My skin is redder and dryer than before. I called the helpline and was told to use only the serum. I tried that, but there was no improvement and my skin actually hurts in places. I have gone back to my Clinique regimen, and am seeing some improvement. I am really sorry that the Zenmed didn't solve my skin problems and will consult my Dermatologist about other treatments. A refund would be nice!!”
