“Not sure about the product since I bought this for my Mother, but the lack of communication from the company was seriously lacking. The mask was apparently backordered, so the kit never shipped and nothing was communicated to me about this delay. I was ordering this for Mother's Day so finally called and they shipped the other two products, and said they'd be shipping the mask when it came back in stock "in one to two weeks" well, here we are and still haven't heard anything about the mask!! Hope the products are more helpful than customer service.....”
