“Bought the set of three products for roseacia. After using it the first evening I had pain in my eyes which is the reaction I get when I put something on my face that my eyes do not like. I have had this reaction to many products that I have tried but I do not fault the product. “Please be aware that the final price quoted is NOT the total price. We ordered items and the Royal Mail charged nearly Â£20 due to the fact that there was an import tax charged and then the Royal Mail kindly charged Â£8 for paying those charges. When I spoke to the customer Service they e-mailed a very nice e-mail with basically the message "we don't pay any extra charges" so basically go away. We will not be ordering any further items and too expensive and little customer care.”

“My skin does feel better. Sometimes it looks really nice, sometimes its the same as before.....you really need to lower the cost and increase the amount of gentle cream cleanser and the support cream, seeing that we use way more of those then the redness reducer.... But over all, better then most of the stuff out there that I've used.”
