“Was very hopeful this would work miracles but week two is just about finished and the results have not been stellar. The first few days the bumps and redness actually got worse. Then they started to settle down and slowly even out and I become very excited. But yesterday bumps appeared again so I feel like I am starting over. Will continue to follow instructions and hope that the results will improve. “Regularly use support serum, anti-redness mask, oilfree moisturizer with SPF 30 and cleansing cream. My rosacea has improved & my skin feels softer & smoother. My only concern: my previous order included a different bottle of support serum( it had pop up lid rather than the usual pump lid.) The serum was so thick I had to remove the lid & shake the bottle to get any serum out. I was reluctant to order it again but did again and thankfully got the one with the squirt lid and the creamier smooth serum. Not sure why the one order had a different product but am happy I got the regular one this time. Please keep the smoother thinner serum and the thick one in the other bottle was very unpleasant to get out and to use.”
