“Got home to find a note from post office saying I owed Â£17.87 Custom charge! When I contacted this company I was told this sometimes happens! Well if this sometimes happens why don't you tell people before they order from you. I feel that I have been ripped off by you. I will never order from you again however good your product is. If you really are sorry this happened you would reimburse the Â£17.87 I've had to pay.”
