“This product received a one star for me because my main reason for trying the Zenmed products was for an acne treatment that didn't irritate my eczema. This product was good in that it didn't irritate my eczema. However, the parts of my skin that the acne seems to congregate around(jaw line) my acne got worse! The good parts of my skin it did make it feel softer but I couldn't justify giving t more than a one since the acne parts it seemed the acne increased. I was also using a variety of other Zenmed products so perhaps they interfered with each other. I followed all the directions in the back of each bottle to a tee then when that didn't work would decrease usage. I am just going to throw the rest of the products away as I cannot use them. I will be sticking with my Cetaphil because at least that doesn't make my acne worse.”

“I bought two of these & I opened one & am having serious problems with the pump of the bottle. I would expect to pump one time not 10 to get the product out. When I can get the product out, I do like the way it works on my face.”

“With regard to my latest purchase, although I purchased from the Canadian site, I was charged roughly 15% duty by Canada customs when it arrived. This has not happened before and was a bit of a shock. I took advantage of a sale and the duty pretty much wiped out my savings.”
