“I haven't had my order yet. The post left me a note saying I owed £34.68 for customs so won't deliver.I've never had to pay customs before!!! So why? This is alot of money to pay on top of what I already paid you.”

“I have been using the products for Rosacea and have seen a definite improvement in my skin since starting it. The burning flare ups have stopped and the redness has decreased significantly. Recently I ran out of cleanser and was using another brand which affected my skin badly. Since receiving the new cleanser a week ago once again my face has settled down. Are very happy with the products and recommend giving them a try. I was not sorry I did.”
