“I have to say, I have never dealt with a better customer service representative than I did with Bryan Schwartz. I was having an issue setting up my zipline rerun so that it would run consistently and efficiently and Bryan was more than patient and helpful in helping diagnose and correct the problem. He was very fast in his response time and VERY patient with me, despite me getting slightly frustrated at times. Zipline Gear hands down has the best customer service department around!!! Thank you!”
“The brake is made of a very soft plastic within 20 uses the hole that rides on the zipline has nearly doubled in size from wearing out it works great but I don't see it lasting more than a couple months”
