Placed on order online for the diy 400ft Zipline kit and was contacted within 5 minutes by the Zipline gear company. We discussed my 400ft Zipline and the products I had ordered. I had originally ordered the spring stop with my order and was advised that was not the correct stop for my setup. Zipline gear refunded me for the spring stop and set me up with the proper bungee stop needed for my Zipline setup.”
