“Very good product, packaging, and instructions. Altimeter apps didn't seem accurate / stable enough so I think a sight level is helpful. Ideal install is with a through-bolt BUT you should install with blocks / tree savers first to fine-tune height. There is enough slop in measurements etc, that the thing will surely require fine tuning. Was a bit tricky on our very very large diameter tree and by all means get the tensioner (as it is returnable for a full refund). I watched a random customer's install video which was helpful, but ziplinegear should really product a couple of high-quality instructional videos.”
