“Ziplinegear was perfect. Their customer service involving shipping information and a question about the bungee brake was responded to within minutes! The gear itself is super high quality. They ship with easy to follow instructions plus have videos available to watch - between the two it makes installing the zipline quite easy and I had no problem doing it all by myself. I set it up for a 10th birthday party and it was a huge hit. Well worth the money considering a bounce house or waterslide 1 day rental is nearly the same price!”
