“One of the dual handlebars that we ordered was scarred and the chrome finish was marred over much of the hangar. Please see attached photo. The packing was in perfect condition so this appeared to be a manufacturing problem. We have no idea why a product would be sent in this condition. After contacting ZipLineGear and sending a photo they sent a new dual handlebar. It was in good condition but it was not the size we had ordered. The replacement was six inches between centers, not the five inches between centers model that we had ordered. That was a disappointment that we could live with, so we didn't contact ZipLineGear about the discrepancy.”
