“Purchase process was fine. 3/8 inch Fist Grips did not grab 3/8 inch braided 7x19 galvanized cable. Should I have purchased 5/16 inch Fist Grabs for 3/8 inch cable. ? I feel like I bought (2) $5 pieces of metal called Fist grips that do not grip the cable as thought.
Your website does not have any dialogue telling you to purchase a smaller Fist grip to enable to actually GRIP the cable so i'm uncertain wht the 3/8 in grips do not grip the 3/8 in cable..”
