“I ordered a bike for my 4yo, and was initially a little disappointed. It was the wrong color (not a big deal) and when the seat post was fully extended to maximum height it was a little wonky. I sent an email to customer service and can confidently say that they actually give excellent customer service. After sending photos of the leaning seat post, the team sent me a new bike free of charge and no need to return the old one. The new bike is in perfect working order and both my children love it. It is very light and easy for them to manoeuvre.
