Your website is slightly mis-leading actually to the point of mis-selling. On the comparison website I selected everything that I wanted and your site was the best when you took everything into consideration. Not all selections transferred through, for example "Protected No Claims", "Zero Voluntary Excess" advises that compulsory excess is £150 on the comparison site but when go through to your website it changes to £250.00 voluntary excess with zero compulsory excess, then when you select purchase it changes compulsory to £150.00 + £250.00 voluntary excess. Then with a total excess of £400 your quote is not any better than the others. I am currently drafting a letter to the insurance ombudsman detailing my experience with screen shots from the computer of each step.
