Frustrating experience and poor customer service
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing
I Made a claim in 13th July and since then I've been given the run around by 1st Central. They told us we can not repair you car you need to repair it by yourself then they sent me an email with threatening me if you don't agree with this opinion we need the courtesy car return and that will mean you are not claiming through with us.
Overall 1st central has been a source of constant frustration.their lack of transparency,poor customer service and unprofessional handling of claims have left me regretting my decision to choose them.
I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for insurance
