have been a customer with them for 4 years. when renewing my car insurance over the phone their worker obviously input the details wrong for the year I bought the car.
the change to the policy to correct it cost ME £25, however it cost an extra FIFTY POUNDS just for an admin charge?! just to change a number on a policy? absolutely raging with them.
when questioning, they put all the blame on you for not checking every single detail of the 100 pages they send you.
