First Central are great if you pay in full in advance or pay your DD every month. I changed employer when I moved and this affected my DD payment. That was the start of it!! They charged for not making the DD even when I phoned on the same day to pay by card! They also charge for card payments, changes to the instalment collection date, change of address, cancellation of policy - you name it they charge for it!!
