By far the worst insurance company I have ever had all due to customer service its non existence. No one knows what they are doing, you wait on the phone before talking to anyone for at least 20 minutes and when you finally get thru they haven't got a clue they are all as thick as #### pathetic bunch of idiots. I have made two complaints to the Finantial ombudsman and thinking of making the third so it goes to show this is a company that clearly doesn't learn from there mistakes and doesn't take feedback seriously. Can't wait for renewal date and see the back to this incompatent pathetic useless company.
