I bought my insurance policy 6/1/21 at approx 7.00pm, i realised the next day 7/1/21 that i put the wrong date to start the policy in (15/1/21) instead of 13/1/21 so i phoned customer services and asked if i could change date to 13/1/21. they told me that i would have to cancel the policy i bought and get a refund minus approx £25.00 approx and buy a new policy... no negotiation take it or leave it. i was told it was due to the IT Dept could nt change anything...
No a great impression given
So i have decided to off road my car for 2 days (13/1/21 and 14/1/21)
