My Car Insurance auto renewed and took the first payment (double the price of my old policy) which I never had selected or agreed to.
When I phoned to cancel I got charged an additional cancellation fee.
I was told even though I never signed the credit agreement and wasn’t aware of the renewal I still had to pay the 1st payment and a cancellation fee.
This was all within the first 14 days, I was told if it was after 14days I would have been £80 cancellation fee!
