I've made 2 half hour calls in the last few weeks telling them not to auto renew my policy, yet they have still auto renewed. There is no email address for you to put a request in writing, they insist you call to cancel, then put as many blocks in place to stop you from cancelling. The car is no longer in the UK, so I don't need the policy. I gave unequivocal instructions not to renew, yet they went ahead anyway and set up a direct debit. Absolutely appalling company and I now have to fight to get them to cancel a policy I don't need.
