Called in to correct a date for a new policy that hadn't pre-populated correctly from comparethemarket.com and representative was very courteous and helpful. Updated, verified and it resulted in a partial refund so I was more than happy. Just based on the manner and attitude of the representative I will be unlikely to consider switching elsewhere at renewal.
