I spoke to a member of staff on 1st Central chat to resolve an issue with my online account, and to update the address on my car insurance policy. Was eventually connected to an extremely rude and unhelpful person who was unable to say anything polite or make any sense of my query. He told me I was wrong, reason being "I should know - I work here"! Eventually got it sorted myself and paid £25 for the privilege. I have been a customer for many years but will be letting this policy expire, for good.
