brought cover online on the morning of purchasing a car from over 100 miles away, opted for the 1st central plus which included break down cover, broke down driving the said car home and 1st Central were amazing, my policy wasn't even showing on their system but they still helped me and had the car towed all the way back to my home address 100 miles away, even gave a courtesy call to check we were all ok, top service will definitely stay with 1st central for our car insurance.
