I have tried to contact customer service to apply for green card and I can see its very difficult. I have got in contact with someone from customer service, they try to deal with my enquiry but at the end he hung up the line, after I tried again, this time he said to me to do online- I ask to guide me but couldn't help because couldn't find so, he asked me Google online to see how to apply. That's awful.
Still haven't resolved my enquiry
