If you want a good, fair insurance company with excellent customer service, then 1st CENTRAL is NOT it.
They will find an excuse to add on extra charges and if they ever mention the Validation dept then you know you are going to be subjected to some extortionate charges because they will use the slightest change to the policy to use excessive charges... Cost me nearly £100 more for a few months difference on when passed driving test!!!
