Very straight forward and easy to join - much better than my last insurance provider that did not seem to care about ease of use of their website. You made it so easy to sign up and I hope that speaking to someone on the phone if needed will also be easy. I liked the fact that all details that I input from go-compare transferred straight over and I did not have to repeat the task.
