At first I must admit I was worried because of the extraordinary long time it took for anyone to answer the telephone. That said since the times we are living with all the Covid restrictions etcetera, most companies tend to be at fault in some way and waiting on the phone is pretty much the norm now. After the long wait however, the service was ace, I got to speak to Jean, who was very helpful and made sure I had the right insurance for me and my personal circumstances. I think this guy was on the phone with me for over two hours as he had to amend a previous policy and make a new one for me. Anyhow, despite some of the bad reviews that you might read about 1st Central, I personally recommend it!!! And I am grateful for their help and cheaper prices.
