Existing customer, auto-renewed my insurance without any call to understand if ANYthing relating to me or my car had changed and at the same cost AND we have another car insured by 1st Central.
I searched for New insurance and low and behold 1st central can provide the same insurance fro £400 cheaper per year for New customers so I have gone ahead with that.
Not happy that this is how existing customers with 2 cars are looked after very poor.
