Insured with 1st central last year for the first time last year and found them very helpful. My renewal came through this year so I decided to do an online search. 1st central came through £40.00 cheaper on a comparison site than renewal price. They were not the cheapest on the comparison site but decided to renew with them again. It just seems a shame they cannot look after existing customers.
