Quite possibly the worst insurance company ive had the displeasure of dealing with. Automatically renewed a policy i didnt want renewed and refused to refund the money until i provided proof the vehicle had been sold. Spoke to someone whim blamed me for not calling earlier and was then informed i could turn off the automatically renewal in the portal. When asking where this option is in the portal so i could do this with other policies that i have the response was "i dont know im not trained in the portal". So another half hour wasted on the phone, now to go get proof i sold my own car and then to spend another half hour on the phone to get my money refunded.
