Extremely poor communication from both customer services and policy analysis. Every single time I contact Inger different answers, different reasons why they have upper my quite 1 month after I've paid it.
They say I owe an extra £258 (well now £208 for taking away the admin fee), still a huge amount of money which some don't even know why this much from policy analysis.
I have had to contact a financial ombudsman as they keep saying if I don't pay either they'll take money from my recorded card (which shouldn't even be saved) or they'll cancel my insurance.
